• EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST PRE-REGISTER – Deadline: 1 week prior

• However, manual registrations will also be accepted if you contact the District 12 Coordinator prior to the event
• Cost: $15 annual membership fee to the OSGA; plus $5 D12 admin/venue fee
• We invite Individuals to participate in multiple district tournaments at no additional cost
• If there is sufficient interest, the Convenor will schedule matches for Singles
